Booked on line turned up after paying days BEFORE ROOM ,STILL WAITING TO BE REIMBURSED, LEFT IN THE LURCH. here to referee an important boxing tournament flown in specially could of been a disaster for Hutt valley boxing.
Really don't know how it's rated a 4 star hotel as advertised. Seems it's more of an emergency accommodation set up with kids running around playing at all hours of the night making a racket. Police even visited twice in one day how delightful.
Rooms very dated. No SKY as advertised outside! Poster on wall stated if you had a new TV you could get Sky????Obv we didn't.....Bed uncomfortable but shower was excellent. For same price we have had lots better. No one at reception and no paperwork offering any breakfast service in our room.
I enjoyed it but I didn't like the rudeness & the blaming. The cleaners were nice at first but I done half their jobs most of the time. And they kicked us out. Because other people weren't signing in but that not my fault. So I didn't like that at all.
Horrible - disgusting! Pubic hair in shower, mouldy bath mat, no soap , coffee and tea old and spilled out everywhere in the dispenser , dusty , smelt old and musty. Sheets didn't even fit the bed- not that we were even keen to sleep in the bed !! Hair on the floor from previous guests, shampoo and conditioner had been sitting in there packets for months -water stained and opened. When approached manager about my concerns seem to have fallen on deaf ears. Will never be staying here again - should be shut down .
we stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed it. Great, modern room with everything included. Very well priced, nice and clean, friendly efficient customer service from both owner and staff members, lovely big spa and swimming pool,didnt bring our children this time but would definitley next time. the photos on the website are very accurate. Give this place a go!
