Linen wasn't the greatest (polyester). The beds were hard. Rooms quite small in the family suite. Good living area space though. New person training who had to ring the boss for how much to charge. The boss was nice and easy to deal with
Really good stay here, showed up on the wrong day but mark was extremely freindly and helpful and still got me a clean room, Netflix and other stuff included
Great communication from Mark. Bed was very cosy and comfortable. Would stay again. A lot quieter than I thought, with the main road not far away. The milk wasn’t nice.
Perfect little place for a night or 2. 4 of us there for a weekend and it was clean tidy and just right. Really helpful when we asked for a couple things and great communication. Fresh towels and tidied our room up while we popped out. Will recommend to anyone who is over those ways. Thank you.
Fabulous. Friendly staff and wow what a location. Just across the road from Trentham memorial park and close to the shops and service station. . Very tranquil setting and has cooking facilities and nice decor
Room clean, location ideal. Price good. Office not attended when had enquiry, tried 3 times and definitely did not appreciate an 11PM phonecall regarding payment! Aaron, there is no excuse for a call at that hour despite what you say. A text, even an email, especially when you had tried our door minutes earlier.
I stayed 2 nights in a studio type apartment, the staff are friendly and very helpful, its a family friendly environment too. The kitchen was stocked with all your basic appliances. Sky and dvd player. Lovely place.
Absolutely atrocious rude and arrogant owners, when problems arose even after you have paid in full you are asked to leave, even though it was from there part, rather then treating there customers like human beings they’re treated like a pay cheque at the end of the day. They have no care or sense of privacy for there customers. And amongst all things the owners are so rude I would not recommend anyone to stay there, due to their lack of customer service, respect, and lack of privacy for their customers. I wish I could give u no stars cause it’s not deserved
Stayed a night at this motel. There was a list of problems. 1. The shower tray had collapsed and started to flood and fill up with water. When having a shower water would leak from the kitchen tap and flood around the stove top. 2. Stools in kitchen were wobbly and coming apart. 3. Bench in kitchen not attached properly wobbled when touched. 4. Milk in fridge had gone off. Hairs behind toilet door obviously not been cleaned properly. 5. Guide states hair dryer located in bathroom to which there was none. Well not worth the amount spent staying the night
