“Top service in a mail order situation. My wife bought me an island shirt and pareu by mail order. The items were not suitable. One was too small and the other was not cotton - which I prefer. The items were fit for purpose under the Consumer Guarantees Act, my wife had simply not been careful enough when purchasing, so Langi's had no obligation to make an exchange. Perise and Etanah sent me photos of alternatives, which took some back and forth and lots of their time, when the consumer guarantee act did not require them to do. Range of pricing also discussed when discussing options fit for purpose. The staff member who served me was interested in helping come up with a solution. Easy access and parking, I went in early Saturday morning.”
