“I used Grace Removals Wellington for a house move & storage late last year and found them to be amazing, so decided to use them again for a small business job, moving from my home office into a new commercial premise. Once again, they have been fantastic. First up, quoting and booking is easy and the office team has excellent communication - I received an easy to understand quote and paperwork, and great reminders and information ahead of the move day. On the day of the move, the team arrived when they said they would and did an excellent job moving my gear. They were super friendly and professional. In my opinion, Grace are premium movers - there are cheaper options out there, but you get what you pay for, and I think the service they provide is worth every cent! Just one small area you could perhaps improve on - I've found the stickers you placed on our home items when they went into storage are very hard to remove and leave sticky residue behind, it would be great if you could use stickers that peel off easily and don't leave glue behind :)”

Charlotte was extremely helpful assisting me to understand the options and choose the best option for me... and then, (because of circumstances out of my control), I had to cancel it the day before. “Allied moved me out of my house today. It was rainy and blowing a gale and it is always 10 times worse at my place as I live at the top of a hill with 36 steps!! I felt so sorry for the team as they worked steadily all day, packing in the morning and moving heavy boxes and large pieces of furniture in the afternoon. The rain and wind didn’t stop once and I didn’t hear a single word of complaint. I couldn’t recommend a team of movers more. They were led by a woman who impressed me so much. Her fortitude and her packing ability were 100%. She was a great example to all the others and she took particular care with all my precious pieces and paintings. I felt very grateful and lucky to have such an excellent team. Thank you Allied. We shifted into our new apartment today. Allied had stored our furniture for two weeks free of charge and then moved it all into our new home two days ago. All of our considerable stack of furniture was moved in quickly and with out any fuss. Then all was unwrapped and we were free to empty the multitude of cartons. With family help we had it all done by Wednesday and with just a simple phone call we were able to get the guys back to remove the considerable packaging. What a relief! It was good to hear that Allied rrecyvle as much as possible too . I was impressed by the attitude of our movers. Led by Meriera, who was particularly easy to deal with and very efficient, everything and more was done to make our transition easier. All of my cherished ornaments and paintings which MERI had packed for me arrived in pristine condition. Thank you so much Meriera and thanks to your team and Allied for a job well done. When coming into Wellington there was an announcement that assistance would be available to people if needed. I enquired and it was organised without hesitation. We were transported off the ship in a vehicle to the pick up place ashore. Excellent service from excellent staff. Many thanks”

“A lovely little airport in the capital with ever changing displays depending on what’s on. This time is World of Wearable Arts and Doctor Who. Although it isn’t a large airport, it’s a combination of domestic and international services with a mix of local and overseas retail stores. There’s also a great selection of food outlets for a coffee and meal during those long wait times. New parking facilities and hotel accommodations are a plus.”

This was a new part of the business for me to learn and I ask at least 5 new questions every day that are always answered quickly by her. Most of what I have learnt has come from Ayla. You are dedicated to our companies vision and regularly go over and above to make our business run as smooth as possible. A recent example is about the number of imports we have had over the past two months where you proactively provided updates and requested LFD extensions where necessary.
