Super unimpressed with the Efficient Movers customer service. After contacting them a month ago and confirming the quote, they took weeks to reply to emails and would not answer basic questions re: what dates they would pick up and drop off my items. When they finally got back to me, I could see in their email chain between internal team members that they had been talking smack about me. If you're going to say rude things about your customers, you might want to be more careful.
Excellent prompt service... Alec kept us informed of an accurate eta then helped unload and place the office desk on the third floor of our New Plymouth townhouse. Thank you Alec. We would recommend Efficient Moving as they were recommended top us by the Trademe seller.
I would highly endorse this company. From my initial contact, through to the goods being picked up on time and delivered as agreed. The communication between the company and all interested parties is to be commended. The price was also really reasonable in comparison to other companies by a few hundred dollars.
