   We recently used VenturePet to transport our English Springer Spaniel, Maisie, from Wellington to Heathrow. Right from the start, Lisa made everything incredibly easy. I left our appointment at their office feeling fully confident that everything was taken care of. In the lead-up to the trip, Lisa kept us updated with every development, and during the move, she did a fantastic job keeping us informed every step of the way. The Heathrow team were also super friendly and helpful. Maisie arrived in London in perfect health and settled in within a day, despite being a wee bit of a nervous pooch.    Outstanding service from VenturePet. We moved our two dogs from Wellington to Darwin, requiring two flights and an overnight in Melbourne. And to complicate things our Shih Tzu needed the Vet checks and paperwork for breeds that are Brachycephalic. Bruce was really knowledgeable and extremely helpful advising on the export process and all requirements. He guided us through the paperwork well. And, the communication from Bruce was excellent. Bruce clearly knows his clients are anxious about sending their pets overseas, his constant flow of information was assuring and very welcome. Thanks VenturePet. Great service.

   Our first daunting Experience in sending a beloved Family Golden Retriever ‘Mash’ from NZ to Australia with VenturePet. Bruce was super in walking us through all the admins & health checks by email & anxious telephone calls with the run up to departure. It was heart warming to finally meet Bruce at check-in & we knew instantly as Mash gave him his head for a good old ear rub & Bruce’s personable approach towards handling Mash he & we were in good hands. Arrival all went to plan, where two devoted family members were able to open his crate & plenty of room to enjoy a VERY EXCITED REUNION.
