I only needed to point out what was going and they handled the rest. It was one of the smoothest moving experiences I’ve had, internationally or domestically, across NZ, the US, and elsewhere. Highly recommended.

   We had a great experience with Crown who organised to ship our household goods from the USA to New Zealand without a hitch. Thanks to Debbie and Sue for sorting out all the logistics. JP, Ricky and Rangi were great on the day of delivery, top guys and super friendly and professional. Navigating a difficult delivery location with multiple flights of stairs and obstacles in an efficient and impressive manner. We can highly recommend these guys, for anyone considering a future move!!!

   JD and Marcus were awesome! Super helpful and took very good care of my belongings. The service was reasonably priced. Would have been 5 stars but they were 3 hours late and only called me after 2 hours of being late to say they were on their way. Would definitely book with Crown and ask for these guys again
