The staff at the counter at the Wellington airport office were outstanding. They helped me with what was quite a difficult task sending a variety of personal items to Melbourne. I couldn’t have had better service!
Was home waiting for my parcel, I was shocked when I see a text message saying parcel was not delivered because no one was home. No knock, no nothing. Few minutes later I called and tried to get it redirected as 5 approx minutes have gone past, just to be told I have to wait 2 more days for my parcel to come back. I'll be taking my Parcel business to NZ Post.

Great service from the lady that served me at the desk. Very friendly and very helpful. To courier an A4 envelope with legal documents of around 30 A4 pages from NZ to Samoa costs $150.00 I guess this is normal as I never sent anything out before. It's great to experience this service and learned what to do in future for international postage.
