Stan, lily and Natoahia just delivered 14 heavy boxes to me down some tricky steps. They did such an efficient job, very quick, very respectful of being gentle with the boxes (that the shipping company had already damaged). Highly recommend using them

We highly recommend NZVL for moving and storage. The crew packing our items in Wellington (Paul and Jan and Dayna as well as manager Johnny Johnston) did a great job. Johnny then made sure our items were well cared for in storage for almost 4 years in NZVL's Seaview warehouse. The Manawatu moving and unloading crew, Dave, Zack, Latrell, George, and Palmy manager Cedric (Cedric actually joined in to do a lot of the heavy lifting!) recently did a fantastic job of unloading 2 large hi-cube containers. We're still unpacking some cartons but so far nothing was broken or damaged. The crews were very polite and considerate and took extra care to not soil brand new carpeting during torrential downpours. Well done guys!!!! Communication was a bit rocky to start, but we had a great experience with the moving crew that packed our goods. Everything arrived back in the US without any items damaged, even our delicate ceramics! Would not hesitate to use again.
We had NZ Van Lines move us from Wellington to Taranaki and we could not fault the service. From the time of getting a quote to job finish (including collecting all empty boxes and paper packaging); all NZ Van Lines staff were professional, cared about what they were doing, fun to work with - exemplary service. We highly recommend using this company if you are moving.
Moved a few times with Van Lines and this time was the smoothest. Moved Kapiti to Chch. Jim and Kerry were awesome. Jim was professional quoting up and arranging the move. We used Van Lines for a move from the Kapiti Coast to Ashburton in June. Price per cube was at a good rate. Dealing with Tracy and Jim was very Professional, very good communication and always replied when they said they would. Pick up and delivery on the allocated dates and timing was spot on. Packing crew and delivery crew were also very careful, friendly and obliging. We would highly recommend Van Lines to anyone on the move.
