I came to Working Style for my wedding suit and found the whole experience exceptional. Sophia made me feel very comfortable navigating an area I was very unfamiliar with and I ended up with a suit that I love. Thank you for going above and beyond and making it such a positive experience.

My husband and I went to Working Style in Wellington to scope out suiting options ahead of our wedding. We were immediately welcomed by Rex and his wonderful team, who helped us with selecting fabrics and tailoring for our suits. The quality was superb, the service exceptional, and the suits were a stand out on the day. I couldn't recommend working with Rex highly enough.
Appalling service. Wellington is a small city and with a few very good Menswear stores this one lacks customer service . Staff are wonderful very helpful and listen . As for the manager he needs training in listening to complaints and not lecture the customer when we had spent $1100 on 2 pairs of shoes n after few wears heels had to be resoled and had the audacity to charge us!!!! Will be the last time we step foot back in this store. Vance Vivian and Harfords excelled in customer service. Not this store !!!
Absolutely brilliant! Came in with a potential disaster - important meeting and stained shirt. They got me the perfect shirt and even steamed the creases out so I could wear it immediately. Thank you I will be back
Had an amazing experience at Working Style in Wellington. Taylor is an absolute lad and great at his craft, made the whole process enjoyable from start to finish. Beautiful quality fabrics and I would highly recommend to anyone. I will definitely be going back in the future.
Catherine was amazing - I came in needing emergency wedding pants with about 2 hours notice, and she was able to sort me out with something stylish + an express alteration that fit perfectly. She even followed up several days later to make sure everything went okay. If you need anything they'll sort you out here!
