   I probably last visited the store months ago. But when I walked into that store, the male staff rememberd me. The amazing thing is he even remembers what I got from the shop. It's very rare you find store like this in NZ anymore. It felt like I'm a very valued customer. The boots I got for my partner is fantastic too.

   Awesome service just now when helping me exchange some shoes that weren't faulty, the style just wasn't right after reviewing at home. The exchange is not something the customer is entitled to when there is no fault, so I am grateful for the customer friendly policy. Thanks to Juliet for your advice on alternative styles too.

   Great range of footwear for men, not so great for women - but I understand that this is changing. Timberland has been around for decades. If you worked in the film industry it was almost mandatory that you wore yellow Timberland boots - their most iconic product. Willis Street had a great range of products, but like a lot of other retailers, they were lacking staff numbers. When I visited, the shop was busy and we were there for over 30 minutes, being served but then waiting for follow up. Otherwise, great shop for casual wear, and particularly for mens shoes and boots.

   Totally agreed with the previous comment about the GUY attitude. If the owner of this shop actually care about their customer, Please get rid of this RUDE sales/store person . He is ABSOLUTELY NOT the right person in the front line. As we don't see any initiatives taken to actually reply the previous complaint, it kind of tell you that the shop owner doesn't care about their business and customer, especially how their customer is being treated by their staff. Came up here to shop for a decent boots and was intially served by a friendly and helpful man. Then he got caught up at the till and comes this STUCK UP GUY decided to 'offer his help' which we never ask for. His attitudes,tone and action literally turn your shopping mode off straight away in less than a sec. He is the worst salesman I ever met in my life honestly. Pathetic that you have such a weak mentally that you need to act so arrogance and rude. What are you trying to cover up? Your flaws and imperfections that you embarrassed of? Customer is not there to take your bad mood, attitude and mistreatment! A NO NO to even walk/look into this store ever again.

   Great place to buy shoes and boots. Wide range of selection. The staff wasn't so great. I went there to get a pair of boots. I tried it on and the staff (the guy) just took the boots back and put it back to the storage room. I think he didn't expect me to buy it because I wasn't wearing nice clothes. Just rude to be honest. I hope the guy learn to threat customers better. Otherwise everything is great. Wide range of boots to select from.
