   Appalling service, frustrating and upsetting. Beautiful clothes but the most terrible service online. Three times I have ordered and paid for items online only to be told later that the items are not in stock. Now they are trying to charge me additional shipping because it seems they did not have the stock where they thought they did. I would not have bought the items if I knew I was going to be charged so much for delivery.

   Loved this shop. Just bought my first dress from there. As soon as you walk in you feel the warmth from the assistant behind the counter. The shop is full of lovely dresses and full of colour. Rosie most helpful. Can't wait for the special occasion planned to wear it. I recommend this shop to all. Thank you for the advice

   I would just like to say how great Emma was in the Wellington store on Sunday. My sister and I went in with a list of dresses we wanted to try for my niece's wedding. We ended up with about 20 dresses. Emma gave her expert opinion, assisted in fittings and getting different sizes. Thank you again Emma it was a pleasure having you assist us.    We had a fantastic experience in the Wellington shop this past weekend. We were out shopping for a dress for my mother to wear to my wedding this coming March and the service absolutely could not have been better. Thank you so much to Fern for not only going above and beyond with your service, but for also ensuring my mum left the store feeling young and beautiful and with the best possible dress she could have picked. All of your advise and comments were greatly appreciated, we were blown away by how welcoming and friendly Fern was - No doubt my mum will be back to purchase something for the next big occasion.

   I popped in here to see what styles they had that might fit a women's size 18. They had at least six to choose from that was suitable for day wear. They had really nice lace dresses too but I wasn't looking for lace. The salesperson was fabulous. I got on really well with her and she listened to what style of dress I was looking for. She knew her stock and she knew what it would look like on - a couple of the dresses looked like sacks when hanging on the rack but looked wonderful on. Wish I could have afforded two dresses as I found it was hard to make a decision! Sadly I returned my dress today after nearly two months and wearing it around 10 or so times. With only three washes gentle washes the fabric pilled & it looked old real quick. The lady was really nice and apologized. I was sad too as it was not up to the standard of quality I have come to expect from Annah over the 13yrs that I've been buying from her. It is being sent to head office for inspection and I will hear in due course whether I get my money back or a credit or the dress back.
