   Unfortunately the personalised service has disappeared. Staff are more interested in unpacking boxes, fulfilling online orders and selecting their own purchases. My last visit I was in store for 20 mins, tried on a range of outfits, and left while the two assistants didn't say a word to me. Such a shame, this store used to have the best service.

   More than once have I visited this store and have been totally ignored. Today I took some garments into the changing room. No one checked on me. I came out of the changing room wearing a top, I was trying on. No recognition, no comment. This is not good customer service. Only when I left did the sales assistant speak to me ... Good bye. I won't be returning!

   What an amazing company to deal with. Not only excellent clothing but service that is just outstanding. From the moment your order is received to when that lovely parcel arrives at your home you are kept up to date with what is happening. The welcoming video is such a lovely touch. Thank you lovely ladies..you deserve to do well. By the way my home lee pants are fabulous.. great fit & so comfy ❤❤❤
