Also one of the Sox I ordered wasn't in stocks and I was offered great options which meant no inconvenience or cost to me. “For the last couple of years when I have been visiting the area I have been buying shirts and accessories from Holy Smoke. They are one of those hidden gems that you wish you had known about sooner, and you tell everyone about. For such a small store it has an amazing range of styles and sizes. The closest store I can compare it to in NZ is Eurostyle in Newmarket, Auckland which is one of the best men's stores in NZ. Holy Smoke however does larger sizes too, so not only does it have a ton of XXL shirts but quite a few XXL sizes too. And to top it off the service is excellent to. I cannot recommend this store enough to people. Seriously, take the time and drive here. You will be amazed.”

“I popped in here to see what styles they had that might fit a women's size 18. They had at least six to choose from that was suitable for day wear. They had really nice lace dresses too but I wasn't looking for lace. The salesperson was fabulous. I got on really well with her and she listened to what style of dress I was looking for. She knew her stock and she knew what it would look like on - a couple of the dresses looked like sacks when hanging on the rack but looked wonderful on. Wish I could have afforded two dresses as I found it was hard to make a decision! Sadly I returned my dress today after nearly two months and wearing it around 10 or so times. With only three washes gentle washes the fabric pilled & it looked old real quick. The lady was really nice and apologized. I was sad too as it was not up to the standard of quality I have come to expect from Annah over the 13yrs that I've been buying from her. It is being sent to head office for inspection and I will hear in due course whether I get my money back or a credit or the dress back.”

“The staff here are amazing, we were helped by Katherine. We are based in Auckland and were searching for an animal rocker to gift to family in wellington. These were not available online so we had to get in person. Knowing we were flying to wellington she held the rocker for a week and even sent us pictures of it via email to confirm it was the model we wanted. It was the only one left im the country. When we visited she still let us check we were happy to purchase and gave us a gift exchange reciept. Its the best customer service we had experienced over the phone and in person. Thanks”
