I enquired inside where the closest service station was. However, without hesitation, and kindness, Damo offered his assistance to change the tyre when he had closed up the store. I felt truly grateful for the willingness of your staff member, Damo, who readily assisted to help us in this situation. His exceptional customer service skills and ability to connect with people set a new standard. I mentioned I wanted to learn to change a tyre and my daughters also. Damo had the patience of a saint and taught us. He earned legendary status as a truly selfless individual. Needless to say, we arrived home without incident. We are very appreciative.
