   Great team, very friendly and helpful. I had an online order which I advised I had sent through about 3hrs earlier and proceeded to open my phone to show them the confirmation. By the time I had the email open another staff member had my online order sitting in front of her. Then she asked if the name on the order was my name which I replied yes. She then used my name in her farewell. Amazing work team.

   This was by far one of the best experiences I've had in customer service for a very long time. I came into the store and got what I needed, Vivian processed and completed the transaction. I was getting all the drinks for a work function so there were a few boxes along with ice, I decided to keep the drinks cool and put into the chilly bin in the boot of the car outside the store. While I was getting the first box open Vivian came out of the store and held the chill bin lid open and proceeded to help me unload all the drinks and took away all the boxes with a huge smile on as well! This was fantastic service and made my day! Let's be honest it's a weird time and this really put a huge smile on my face as I drove away thinking yep we will be going back there again. Thank you Vivian, this really was above and beyond what you needed to do and it certainly wasn't unnoticed! An amazing and memorable service experience you created.
