   Brought a bunch a pizzas and found a black hair baked into the base of one which I found while taking a bite, called the store right away and they said they would give us a new order to compensate and said It would be put under our email. However tonight when I called to order this was not honored and was told to call back another day as no notes were written.

   Honestly, these guys are doing a great job. I ordered a pizza on Uber Eats and something turned out to be wrong with the pizza. My flatmate and I noticed the difference because we order from Orchard thieves Parkvale once or twice in a month. We ordered Uber Eats like always. The delivery arrived and we found out the issue. So I called the store and the manager was not willing to accept in the first place that something was wrong with the pizza. However after I explained to him in detail, he was happy to replace the pizza. And it's not like I wanted a free pizza I was happy to pay because the manager was compliant and understanding. We order from here regularly and it did not taste the same this time so felt the need to escalate it. All time favourite pick is Tandoori Chicken and Cajun Chicken. Thank you team OT you guys are awesome!!

   Usually happy with them but not today. Ordered a "doubly steak pizza" from gourmet menu. Nothing like what is advertised. It was not steak, it's a shaved product and there was a small amount. Eventually the staff member offered to make a new one if I would wait however A: the rest of the food was getting cold and B: it still wouldn't have been steak so I declined. Not good enough for gourmet menu.
