My ribs were OMG delicious the sauce was special nothing I could identify but were sweet and tasty hugging on to super soft gelatinous ribs, my mouths watering just remembering. The staff were friendly and efficient and the chefs were knowledgeable and kind too so if you are hungry and want a delicious and sizeable meal this is the place to visit. My only poor comment would be the bathrooms they need revamping and new facilities would be perfect. Was an awesome drive to KatiKati and the Talisman bar completed our trip nicely.”

“Took a small party out for my wife's birthday. The food was great, and served quickly after ordering. I particularly liked the kumara fries! Was a great recommendation from the owner. Service was exceptional, you can tell when someone actually cares about their patrons. It showed in the number of people inside the business. It was a rainy Sunday evening and the resteraunt was at capacity! There was live music and good vibes in abundance. Despite being busy the proprietor checked on us multiple times, and once the live band had finished and a few people had left a table cleared inside which he offered to us for a more pleasant experience.
