Just got this flat white—honestly, so good. Super smooth, great flavour, and the staff were lovely too. Good vibes all around.
Bit of a sad experience really. Got the big breakfast and when it got to me I noticed the poached eggs were just plonked on the plate, no toast in sight. So walked up to let them know and they were on their way with a plate with toast on it. No worries there apart from the toast is so small you have to eat the other egg on its own, so that means scooping egg yolk off the plate. Got back to my food to find birds helping themselves. Potatoes were not roasted at all. Basically boiled or microwaved, I couldn't eat them tbh. That's the last time I go there for a big breakfast. The guy serving can get 5 stars because always friendly and trying his best it seems. Maybe the place needs a good chef to come in and organise the kitchen and put some processes in place.
The staff is very welcoming and the owner is really good and kind.. the food and coffee is such a good. If you looking for best cafe don’t hesitate to come here. This place is perfect for couple because this place is quiet so you can enjoy your time together.
New chef came out personally to bring us our food. I ordered the croissant with the spinach and mushroom scramble. The croissant was perfectly flakey, buttery, crispy, and the eggs were perfectly soft and fluffy with a generous helping of spinach and mushrooms. Excellent and generous sized latte. All of the staff were lovely, funny and perfectly attentive. Eclectic, fun, vintage decor with plentiful seating for everyone. 10/10 would recommend!
Great coffee with Almond Breeze milk which is the best. Cabinet looked delicious but some very small savoury items were $12.50 each so I didn't buy. Expect to pay $18+ for cooked breakfast options. No gluten free options across entire muffin selection so I couldn't buy them either. Inside seating is weirdly sparse (may be renovating) but sitting outside in jn the sun was fab
I had eggs Benedict this morning and it was delicious. Very generous bacon serving and the homemade tomato chutney absolutely made it. I ended up also taking some passion fruit cheesecake home for the family for dessert from the cabinet as the food in there all looked too good to resist. Will go back again that’s for sure.
I usually come here on Sunday and nice to have vegan options... Thanks Grindz Team..
Nice atmosphere I was able to get some work done, use the wifi and have some good food along the way.
