Read the article in Nourish and was impressed with the review especially where the chef used the flour from Naples and Timaru. Love authentic Italian food. We had the pinini and the bread was so light coupled with a generous delicious filling. Look forward to returning to try other dishes from the menu. Prompt and friendly service.
Wonderful private Xmas lunch for a large group. Menu was superb, staff so friendly and keen to please. The outdoor setting was perfect. Everyone went above and beyond to give us a fabulous experience. Highly recommended
My husband and I just went here for a date. It is such a cute and unassuming place, with amazing food. We had the lamb starter and then the Casoncelli (my favourite) and Tonnolino (Tuna roll) to share. They were absolutely delicious, and we had a very sweet waiter with excellent service, always checking in on us at the best times. We sat outside and the lights were beautiful and we got a great view of the sunset. It was also quite fun seeing the chefs come out and pick fresh herbs for the food! Will be going again :)
A beautiful location with a warm atmosphere. I had the beef cheek and it was prepared to perfection, and the Italian hot chocolate is a divine experience not to be missed. This has become my new favourite spot and Iβll be back to try everything on the menu!
Cute little restaurant with amazing rustic pizzas (had Quatro salami one) and hubby had tuna roll with lobster saucem. So good. Delicious mocktails too.
If you want the real deal, with exquisite authentic Italian flavour and hospitality, you MUST come here. The service, the atmosphere and most of all the food, is nothing short of spectacular. Great wine, cocktail and beer selection. The food took us straight back to Itlay, and we left with huge smiles on our faces! We definitely will be back and recommend this place highly!!
I really enjoyed ourexperience there with friendly staff and prompt service. However the lighting was far too bright for a dining atmosphere and the food was pretty bland. Though beautifully presented. Looking forward to a tastier range of food and a more intimate atmosphere next time. My partner really enjoyed his brunch as well
Same great place with lovely new owners and a very inviting menu. We had some incredible pastries and a coffee and hot chocolate. It's been a long time since I've had a pastry that nails the crispy, flakey, butter goodness all at once. Can't wait to come back and try some of the Italian dishes on the menu.
