Came here on many occasions and the food is indeed pretty pricey but very very yummy. Nice variety of the sandwiches, plenty of drinks and snacks!
fresh nutritionally driven good drinks acquired to good nutrition with dairy free options. I personally order their matcha + almond milk and it’s very good quality matcha I can tell! - ordered via uber eats :)
The coffee here was of excellent quality with a delightful fruity aroma. It was truly unique. The interior design is lovely, and there’s also outdoor seating available. Hopefully, we can try some of the food next time, as it looks incredibly delicious!
If I could give Soul Bowl Cafe 10 stars, I would! This is the ultimate spot for vegetarian and vegan options, but the food is so amazing it appeals to everyone. I don’t usually like sandwiches, but my partner’s chicken sandwich was the best I’ve ever tasted—perfectly toasted bread that was soft and crunchy at the same time, with perfectly melted cheese. My almond açaí bowl was incredible—like a dessert, but packed with healthy ingredients. While the coffee isn’t the star of the show, the overall experience was amazing. The outdoor seating is sunny and inviting, while the indoor space is cozy and comfortable. Highly, highly recommend this gem!
It was a cafe that I stopped by after walking on a mount with my friends. Both the matcha and the food I ordered were delicious. Chicken toast, Asahi bowl, banana bread... Everyone was not only delicious, but also pretty, so I had a very satisfying lunch.
Soul boul is a MUST visit if you’re in beautiful Mount Maunganui. Coffee is sensational, smoothie bowls are delicious and the staff are very friendly (and funny, helpful + quite attractive!!!). Highly recommend. 5 stars. 10/10.
Actually a super great cafe on Mount, which I have been visiting regularly for 2 years. The food and staff is fantastic. Unfortunately I don't understand the current business policy and I have a few questions for the owner. Why does a small local business change its coffee brand to Allpress, owned by Japan's largest brewery, Asahi? Why are small local coffee roasters being put out of business? As a small business, do you really need to achieve this small additional profit? You're not Robert Harris or Coffee Club! Why don't small businesses support other small local businesses? Just for a few dollars more? Does the greed for money know no ethics at all? Me and many of my friends will buy the coffee somewhere else in the future. It's a shame to see why people sell their souls... It's just about money without thinking on our future... Would really appreciate if you could think about it.
