“visited Flame Pizza on Saturday for lunch and tried their burgers along with some sides, including pizza garlic bread. The burgers were incredibly well-made, fresh, and so tasty — truly impressive! The garlic bread was also delicious. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they really made my day with their great service. Four plates was enough to fill two of us up, and the food was AMAZING - just good food well prepared and executed. I stepped out to take a phone call and by the time I came back, our food had arrived. The staff were awesome - personable, attentive, authentic and helpful. Kate in particular put us right at ease and was the consummate host. A nice, quiet table, great music not too loud to preclude conversation, and staff that seem like they actually want to be here dealing with you... that was the point of difference! “Pulled in here for a couple of drinks and a game of darts, what a fabulous place. We were on abit of a time limit but we really wanted to stay longer and get some food too, we really wanted to kick in for a long one. Had everything we wanted, bar stools and tables,, cosy lounging area with style, an outdoor area, a TAB, this place has alot to offer, lots of great food choices too, oh and a unique looking fire place to sit around on these cold days. Would I come back again, hell yes, loved it”

“Just had the best service (and yummy meal, as always). There was a small error in the kitchen with my GF pizza, and it had to be remade. They were so apologetic, and even gave me a free dessert! I was more than happy to wait, and didn't expect anything free, but was so touched by the offer and incredibly impressed by the service. We will definitely be back! I was also very impressed at how careful they were with cross contamination. Would recommend for anyone with allergies, particularly GF, they take them seriously!!”

The previous visit was not as good - not enough place settings, even after asking; we had water glasses but no water, until we asked for it; and we seemed to be a blind spot for the waiter. “First time coming here after craving Italian, best to book as its not a big place and fills up quick, got lucky calling 10 minutes ahead for a table for 2. Staff are wonderful, cheerful and happy to help, orders are taken quicken and plates cleared efficiently. It can be a bit of a wait for mains as theyre cooked fresh but worth the wait. Everything on the menu looks good and theres a big drink selection too. 10/10!”
