Small food hall in centre of Wellington. Great service and food cooked to order at the stores we purchased from (Crackheads and Grandmas butter chicken). Reasonable prices and good sized portions. Some stores are empty or were closed at the time we were there (2pm Friday). Disliked : pigeons eating off food left on tables.
Finally , affordable Asian food, recommended for those who wanna taste Asian ingredients,
International food court with many different types of cuisine (sushi, Indian, Vietnamese, Napalese, etc.) Centrally located. Just look for the strip doors (hanging plastic flaps) for the entryway. It's well lit with heat lamps and has a cozy cafeteria feel.
Reminds me a bit of home, or rather places near my my home I used to visit often. I lived in Malaysia so although this is different, it does give fond memories of olden times. Besides that, the restaurant owners are very approachable and like to recommend different types of food that you may like to order.
Great variety of authentic ethnic foods for excellent value. Friendly and efficient service. Grimey urban food court vibe with plenty of seating. Cool space with graffiti and mural art decorating the surfaces. Bathrooms not accessible.
Most of the shops are closed so not much choice, but definitely a couple of awesome ones there still, miss kangsta and the one next to it have some great gluten free options
Came for an early lunch... tried the korean street food. Yummy
Hidden gem. Easily the cheapest and good quality food in town. Visited at night and there are 5-6 stalls open. Korean, Steak, Chinese, Vietnamese, Sushi, Northern Chinese. Some stalls did not accept credit card. The art work around is amazing.
We unfortunately haven't been here for 5 to 6 years but the food is still very yummy and there are many different types to choose from. The shop staff are especially friendly and helpful.
