Ordered two pizzas for me and my son for dinner. Woo wee, these pizzas were absolutely delicious!! Just the perfect amount of apricot sauce on the chicken pizza. These guys know how to make pizza.
Hell Pizza Shirley is great — the pizzas are always hot, fresh, and full of flavor. We often recommend them to our guests when they’re after a good local pizza option.
Absolutely terrible customer service! The delivery guy was amazing. Order was $70 and had $100 cash but he only had $12 in change. Spoke to the manager, and he said, give the driver $100 and he will come back with your change. I trust the driver so waiting on that to come back. When the driver said "I have other orders I'm my car i said deliver those before worrying about my change! When I spoke to the manager, re peoples orders being held up, he told me it is none of my business and to go away. Everyone has thier choices but for me I refuse to spend good money (not a cheap option) with a company that has absolutely no customer relations ability. Will never order from Hell Pizza Shirley again! The Manager is one of the rudest people i have dealt with.
Asked for extra cheese and they gave me even less cheese than normal.Pathetic. Pizza Hut and Domino's are better than this overpriced excuse for a pizza. Not happy.

I would strongly advise people to not order from this store. We have had delivery from this store and order is wrong and when we contacted them to let them know we were told it's our fault and that this is what we ordered. Management very rude and don't accept anything as there fault. They hang up on the phone when you try to question them...very poor customer service. Be aware that staff may tell you that they accept EFTPOS and then show up with no EFTPOS machine, management will blame you and inform you they don't do EFTPOS payments.
Order a under the world pizza and wedge in this store. Delivery on time and pizza was warm . So yummy.
Got delivery pizza from here - they called us up to advise they did not have the correct vegan meat and to tell us they would change to another one. We did not want beyond meat and asked them to change to another pizza (pride) - the person advised okay and then hung up. We have now gotten the original pizza we ordered with the meat replacement we do not want. They do not pick up the phone and have no contact email.
Ordered my pizzas on the app. Pizza was ready when stated. Lady on counter very bubbly and friendly. My pizza was perfect and the onion rings. I had Hawaiian also known as greed I think.
