I always get a large pizza from other Pizza Hut branches when I order a large pizza, but yesterday when I ordered a large pizza from this branch, they gave me a medium pizza. This Pizza Hut branch has different sizes of pizzas. It's not good at all that they reduce the size of the pizzas at their own discretion.

I am not understand they are not accepting the order for regular puzzer at 8:30 pm because they said it is not available at this time at 8:30 pm sorry I took the photo at 8:57 pm it is a bit late what I said before after I get ideas to post . Ordered Chicken and Bacon one meal box with chips. I asked the service guy could he add BBQ sauce on top. He explained its only for the base. I told him I would be happy to pay for it. He grabbed the box, walked away, then brought it back and said don't worry about it. Greatful. Picture below explains how he felt.
Ordered double topping pizza, basically a standard pizza with no cheese and covered with pepperoni. How useless can otara pizzahut be. Everytime we order from here, we hope for the best they have gotten better. Definitely not. Please do not order from here if you don't wanna be disappointed
Staff taking order didn't really pay attention and listen properly, had to repeat order 3 times. When I asked him to repeat back he seemed annoyed and a bit abrupt. Pizza too spicy .
Children went in to order and was asked to HURRY up and order. Instead of waiting patiently, pathetic service. Children asked if they could have their drink while waiting but instead he ignored them and walked off. Bring on Dominos or go across the road to tasty hut.
The online service is the only reason they have one star. I'll never order online again with the problems they have with their app. Steer clear as they won't refund you and try to blame the customer.
Done a order of stuffed crust combo online ( 2 large pizzas with garlic bread and a 1.5ltr drink). They ran out of 1.5. So I asked him to give me cans of drinks to cover the 1.5ltr he added the cans price on top of my order. But thanks to the other guy for helping me and gave me 2 bottles of 600ml. Was happy with it and can't be bother to argue back. Unfortunately I got home and opened our boxes of pizzas and was shocked and disappointed at the sizes of the pizzas we received. Disappointed at the flavour and so hard and dry. As you can see the photos provided the side is the same as the length of the 600ml bottle. If only they allow to give no star that was exactly was on my mind. Please do your job properly and right. We spend money buying for it and we expect great effort from your workers. How do we trust you making them? Don't want anything in return just do your work properly. Thanks
