“I recently dined at Miyuki restaurant, and the experience was delightful. The food was delicious, with the sushi and tuna standing out for their freshness. The egg chicken katsu was flavorful, and the broth was perfect for a chilly day. Although the teriyaki eel was a bit too sweet for my taste, it was still enjoyable. Overall, the prices were affordable, making it a great value for the quality of food served.”
“My daughter and I went for dinner tonight and we’ll definitely being going back. Each meal was well presented and delicious! Tastier than other Japanese restaurants I’ve been to. There is so much more on the menu I want to try. Was lovely just the two of us, but can imagine even better with a larger group and sharing more meals. Our meals came out with some time between them so I did get dinner envy of others I saw. But when ours arrived it was totally worth the wait. You def need to try this one. My latest east Auckland fav.”
“This place is truly a gem. Service was excellent, atmosphere was really cute, and happy hour prices were super reasonable. But the best part was the pizza. Truly the best thin crust pizza I've ever had. Wish we were locals--we'd be there constantly!”
“Clean and tidy lovely staff amazing sushi”
“Clean restaurant with friendly staff. Lots of options to choose from including chicken, fish, and veggie options. There is a fridge of beverages to purchase and additional seating in the back. The sushi I wanted was not available but they made it quickly for me and it was delicious. No complaints here. Additional notes.. limited parking on site, may have to park in the garage around the back .”
“Great taste and fresh. Main aunty is pretty angry and likes to yell at her workers in Japanese but that adds to the vibe of the place”
“Was at a birthday party and they ordered Bian sushi! The rice was really really nice. Really enjoyed it! We finished it like it was nothing! Yum nom nom”
“Today I recommend this shop to everyone. It is a treasure shop with conveyor belt sushi. The ingredients are fresh and the service attitude is super good. It is recommended to call in advance to make a reservation on weekends, otherwise you will have to wait a little longer. It is so delicious. I will come again next time.”
“Very good sushi. Don't worry about the 1 star ratings they don't know what they are talking about.”
“Consistency good food, and this guy serving the Katsu Bowls had that extra level of friendly service.”
“Depending on who you get if you get the grumpy ol Chinese lady she throws off attitude but I think that's just her as for the food it always taste delicious and is freshly cooked all the workers apart from the above are nice and always offer me a rewards card they have tables to sit and it can be accessible via sliding doors if you are wheelchair bound.”
“Professional sushi food ~I pretty love this restaurant sushi ~and staff are warmth ~ best of the Auckland ~I will be come back again !”
“I just discovered this little place and I will definitely be back! I have eaten Teriyaki Chicken Donburi more times than I can count but yesterday I had possibly the best ever here. Lots of perfectly cooked, succulent and delicious chicken, loaded with also perfectly cooked veggies, over plenty of rice that had just the right amount of sauce. I was asked if I wanted spicy and was advised, if I could tolerate a little spice (I can), it was the tastier choice. Great advice! There was a slight bite to the dish which improved the overall flavour without being so spicy you couldn’t taste anything else. The place is tiny and mostly set up for takeout. There are a few tables along one side but with very uncomfortable furniture. When I’m in the area I prefer to eat in during a break from shopping so more comfortable seating would have been nice. But that’s my only negative. And I like that they have longer hours than the other Japanese place in the area. Loved this little spot, can’t wait to go back!”
“This is the perfect spot to spend 20mins while charging your electric car on the super fast chargers in the car park. Fantastic food that they made specially to orders friendly staff too. Highly recommend James Ashwin Kakapo Business Sales”

“This is quality sushi. The dishes are fresh and the price reasonable. The train itself goes very quickly so you have to be a little nimble to grab your dish without making a mess. Good variety and made-to-order items available too.”
“Really enjoyed our dinner at Tony’s Teppan Yaki, generous portion, fresh ingredients and great atmosphere. Everything was delicious and we felt pampered by the warmness from the entire team serving us tonight Highly recommended and will definitely choose to return! Thank you Chef Nick for the delicious dinner, Fiorella for the wonderful service and Chef TJ as well. Appreciate the heater around us to keep us warm during the meal!”
“Pretty good range of choices for lunch, good rate quality&quantity/price. I often end up buying my lunch here. The staff is welcoming and really efficient. If you like sushi, this is your place where to stop by for lunch. Recommend”
“A lovely flavoured meal meat beautiful and tender. Only criticism is the Butter Chicken was quite a sour tomato mix and needed more cream to dilute it a bit, as prepared by all the other Indian Restaurants we have visited. Naan breads were large and cooked perfectly and overall the price was good value. Staff very friendly and toilets very clean. Would highly recommend.”
“The best Japanese/ Latin American food I’ve ever had. Everything was perfect from the service to drinks and food. Chefs Eiko and Komo cook to perfection. I loved that they came to the table to explain the dish. I don’t eat coriander, they also asked if I was allergic, just to make sure the food was ok for me to eat. I can’t recommend this place enough.”

“A True Taste of Italy! We had a wonderful dining experience at Giovanni Italian Restaurant. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a cozy, authentic atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was rich in flavor and beautifully presented. The pasta was fresh and cooked to perfection, and the wood-fired pizza had the perfect crisp and chew. We especially loved the tiramisu — one of the best we’ve ever had! The service was attentive and friendly, even with our large group. The staff made sure we were well looked after without being intrusive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a genuine Italian dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!”
