   Depending on who you get if you get the grumpy ol Chinese lady she throws off attitude but I think that's just her as for the food it always taste delicious and is freshly cooked all the workers apart from the above are nice and always offer me a rewards card they have tables to sit and it can be accessible via sliding doors if you are wheelchair bound.

   Ordered a regular karaage bowl from bento, they used chicken from a snack cup that was sitting in the warmer, obviously it wasn’t fresh and was cold. Portion sizes have lessened majorly since I last ordered from here, my regular bowl looked bare, 5 small pieces of karaage with a tiny drizzle of sauce, a little bit of salad and rice, there was so much empty space in the bowl. The lady on the front isn't approachable either or she seems under pressure or really stressed perhaps. Place is pretty much dead nowadays, especially compared to a few years ago. Wouldn’t order from here again. Disappointing.

   So, breakfast at St Pierres and Bento Bowl in Manukau City. For a franchise mall eatery, it was ok. Food was not overcooked, and expected portions were exactly what the photos depicted. Service was polite and delivery time just under 7 minutes. Small attempt at an upsell, but not pushy. Limited seating as most customers are to go. Mall can be a noisy place during peak hours. Priced average for deluxe Bento. It fed 2 adults. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.

   We love St Pierre's Sushi and everywhere we went they always had a great variety on display. At 2pm this branch had almost nothing in display so my friend and I have ordered something to be made. We've been told to wait about 7 minutes so we were just in front of the shop waiting for the order to be ready. After 15 minutes we went and asked if its ready and they said that the order was ready long ago and waiting for us to pick it up. Well, we were just there and waiting foe them to let us know when it's ready. That was quite disappointing.

   The gentleman who was on the Bento Bowl counter had amazing customer service! A credit to the team! Food was also delicious and prepared pretty fast. I would definitely recommend coming here.

   I bought a crispy chicken today for $7.90 and just gave me a small piece of chicken, what a rip off! I asked her if that's the size they normally served and the tall asian lady with glasses was rude and can't be bothered to serve me. I won't recommend.
