The bento bowl was just over half full. We usually get a full bowl at other places. A bit overpriced for the amount of food we got. Tasted good though

My elderly mother loves sushi but cannot chew the seaweed so when we order in store we always request for the sushi to be made without the nori. Today I had to order delivery from St Pierre's Bombay for the first time. I entered the request and upon receiving the order this store left a nice note advising they substituted the nori for a soy bean wrap. My mum really enjoyed her sushi with the mamenori and our sushi was super fresh and delicious. Appreciate your thoughtfulness and care. Will definitely be ordering from your store again.

I don’t usually write reviews, but as a mum of a teenager who is looking for her first job, I feel I need to share my experience. Last weekend I drove down to Bombay for what I thought would be a quiet change of scene. while ordering i could understand the language the staff were speaking, and i was shocked at how the two female managers/supervisors (from both the bento and sushi sections) were talking about the younger workers. The way they spoke was unprofessional, trashy, and frankly very disappointing coming from people in β€œhigher up” positions who should be setting an example. The atmosphere came across as unsafe, toxic, and certainly not the kind of supportive environment I’d want my daughterβ€”or anyone’s childβ€”starting out in. I never like leaving negative feedback, but parents and young jobseekers deserve to know what they could be walking into. The behaviour from so called managers is disgusting, and i pray my kids dont have to deal with anything like that.

Stopped to get a quick snack for my wife and I. They only had plastic containers with the same sushi or the half/half option. I asked if I could have a container made up of mixed sushi and they looked absolutely horrified! "Oh, no, no,no!" they said. "That goes against management rules!" Like....what!?!! I asked why and was told it was because their machine makes 4 at a time. "So, why can't you make up containers with a variety?" I asked. They all looked at me, eyes wide, shaking their heads as if I'd asked them to pour tomato sauce over my order! I explained when folk go into other sushi shops, they usually pick a variety of each. "No, they don't do that here" I was told. Obviously! You don't offer it! Ridiculous! How many 100's more would they sell if they did this? Listen to yr customers guys and what they want. You only have to watch how people order at other sushi outlets. Terrible marketing. They've lost me as a customer. I wonder how many others have stopped buying there for the same reason.

This is the perfect spot to spend 20mins while charging your electric car on the super fast chargers in the car park. Fantastic food that they made specially to orders friendly staff too. Highly recommend James Ashwin Kakapo Business Sales

Been here a few times, my most recent visit i wasnt impressed by the katsu chicken pieces on my chicken and rice. Chicken was too thin and one piece was coating only, no actual chicken meat in it and i feel like they are bulking up the rice right now, cutting costs maybe. They had a couple of young girls working there and were definitely busy however took way too long to get the little container to put some ginger in for me. Next time you're there, check the little price tag sticker, why does it have so many numbers? Loads of parking available for all shops.

This has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had. Must say I’ve very angry and disappointed. Every other bento place I’ve been too has never charged for extra sauce just mayo. The lady that served me was super rude, had a major attitude problem and threw my food at me. I will never ever come back to this store and I will be telling everyone NOT TO COME HERE. Toilets are disgusting. The tables are not wiped and also gross. The whole restaurant is nasty. Very disappointed.

Decent parking. A few tables for eating in. Simple friendly service. Not much sushi variety for dinner. Love the mochi!!! Bento were ok, but teriyaki chicken wasn't the best. Enjoyed the crispy prawns.

It is a fast food restaurant, but the food is very good, the price as well. The service was friendly and fast only the ambient was not so nice. All the delivery of soda and rice was stored in the restaurant.
