As someone who has spent three years in Japan, the sushi here is disappointing… the rice is hard, a bit too acidic and dry, the karaage is also dry and tough, overall just a very dry sushi lunchbox…

Plastic everywhere. They only serve sushi in plastic trays. They don’t have any recycling. Feels like they don’t care at all about the environment.
