I’m a extreme Japan food lover, but this time I’m not sure if the chief is tired or we arrive late(8:00) food is not taste good, I recommend pay more attention on the food, the pork kustu is so much water , it’s like soup.
Been here a few times now. The food is quite nice and authentic. Fish tastes fresh. Service is friendly. Reasonable prices. It's fun to get a mix of different dishes and share. Doing this was $100 for 3 people with drinks.
Japanese food is of good standard and quality and justifies the more high end price point. The food comes out very quickly. Plenty of parking. In the weekend it recommended to phone booking
I recently dined at Miyuki restaurant, and the experience was delightful. The food was delicious, with the sushi and tuna standing out for their freshness. The egg chicken katsu was flavorful, and the broth was perfect for a chilly day. Although the teriyaki eel was a bit too sweet for my taste, it was still enjoyable. Overall, the prices were affordable, making it a great value for the quality of food served.
This place used to be good… my family and I came here for lunch last Sunday and were quite disappointed by the food and service as it used to be much better. We got the sashimi don, katsu pork with egg and the chicken dish. all three weren’t very flavourful and the rice is quite hard and somewhat un fresh. They used to give a full lunch set with some side dishes but we got none of that this time. The service was also quite slow even though we were the only people in the restaurant. maybe there has been a change in ownership since we last came here?
Incredible fresh Japanese food. One of the best restaurants in Howick. They did nearly overcharge us by $200, so always double check your bill.
Lovely local Japanese restaurant in Howick. Lots of parking nearby. Best to book ahead. Excellent atmosphere and outdoor seating has a gas fire to keep you warm. Food is delicious and plenty of choices. Definitely need an entree with the main. Attention: The main entrance door "Slides" to the side (Maybe a sign could be helpful)
