The staff were lovely, knowledgeable, kind and funny. The artist drew up the piece and did an incredible job! It was quick and the detail was immaculate - I am in love with it! “Probably the best customer service I've ever had. The owner and the staff that I talk to all live and breathe the sports they sell, so they know their stuff and most of the gear in house is what they like to ride, wear or use for maintenance, so you know you're in good hands. If you're new to the country, they can also point you in the right direction for waves or powder. They have good connections to their suppliers and really go all the way for their customers. I had trouble with my winter wetsuit and even though it fell out of warranty (by a few weeks), they were ready to help me out. Absolute legends!”

After not replying to her for a few days the following week she called to touch base which was great because then we were able to book my car in for a full service and was accommodating to my needs, preference and date/times I was available. Staff are very friendly (as is the cute dog). Now is a fantastic time to visit, though the blackberry season has finished. So much quality berries available! Highly recommend the experience if you're in the area.”
