   I visited Tony’s today because the indicator lock on my car had gone a bit loose and was light bulb pushed inside. A young lady there attended to my car and fixed it perfectly using some ties. When I went to pay, a young man — I’m not sure if he was the manager or the owner — was very kind and told me not to worry about the payment. He said it didn’t take much time and that he helps someone every week, so I was the lucky customer today. Even though it didn’t take long, their effort and service were truly amazing. The lady did an excellent job, and I really appreciate their kindness and professionalism. I’ve been to Tony Tyre before as well, and their whole team has always been great. Thank you again to the team — especially the kind man (sorry, I didn’t catch your name). Highly recommended!

   We were fortunate enough to start using Tony's Auto Clinic about 2 years ago. They are just the best - professionally, and ethically, and are just totally genuine great people who know what they're doing. They always keep us well informed about what needs to be done, and Lee and Tony somehow manage to find ways to keep the cost of work as low as they possibly can. There's great walks and coffee in Katikati too so it's no hardship spending a few hours there while our vehicle gets top attention with Tony, Lee and the team.

   Having moved from Tauranga two yeards ago it was important to find a Auto Clinic that was competent, honest , relaible, and fair. We had Tony's recommnmeded to us and have not had any reason to doubt their abillites or the service and their customer relationships are second to none. I would say they are professional, friendly with a touch of down-to-earth going on. They have always been upfront, transparent and clear about both the problem, the cost, and how they intend to resolve the issue. I have been surprise at times as they have under promised and over delivered, both with workmanship and costs. Don't take my word for it, try them out yourselves.

   Amazing service from these guys! Two of my car windows were stuck down and needed to take my sister into a rest home just 2 days before Christmas. Had the fixed within a couple of minutes, much to my relief. And they didn't even charge me! Can't thank them enough!
