Iβve had my vehicle serviced and worked on a few times at east coast auto, every time Iβve received friendly customer service and the team have been incredibly helpful with any problems Iβve had. They work fast and efficiently to make sure youβre back on the road asap, Iβve never had any issues with the work theyβve done for me after Iβve left the yard. They talk through whatever issues you have thoroughly so you have complete understanding of work that will be done. Prices are great, Would highly recommend to anyone.

Purchased a vehicle from Cam off his Trade Me (which he used to try and avoid him being a dealer) and found a range of issues within the first week. This included a faulty front brake system, multiple oil leaks, ancient battery, and a non function rear seatbelt; all very dangerous issues that could well have caused a crash. Cam completely misinformed me of all these issues when purchasing the car. When I confronted him I was blocked, as others have stated. Would certainly avoid this dodgy guy unless you want to end up being scammed.
A vehicle was sold to me at which point I had to drive it a totally of 8 hours to get home. The problem was the vehicle had its front fork oil leaking out onto the brakes which made them unless as well as extremely unsafe and could have easily killed me. Im not sure if Cam knew this but I believe it was his responsibility to know it. When confronted about the issue Cam blocked me. It shows his character very well
We were shopping around for tyres, we needed to replace 2 tyres from wear. Cheapest we could find were around $650+ fitted and balanced. Very expensive but we thought that we would have to bite the bullet and find the money. Then my husband came across EastCoast Automotive FB marketplace post. He made an enquiry showed up to their workshop and an hour later they had our car on their lift putting on brand new tyres. A LOT cheaper than $650 and amazing friendly, helpful service. I will be back and happy to support small local business. Get in and see them you won't be disappointed.
