Great service! We bought 2 pairs of boots on our way out of Christchurch back to Aus. Called in with only an hour to spare and got great advice and service from the boot guy (can't remember his name but he's an absolute legend).
I was looking for a new ski helmet and being a glasses wearer was interested in the idea of a built in visor. I hadn't need to Snowride Sports before and I spoke with Josh and he made some very good suggestions and with regards to what may suit my needs. In the end I purchased a separate pair of goggles and a new helmet. The shop had a very good selection of many different products and I would definitely go back to shop there for any other gear that I may need in the future.
Great service and patience from Josh this morning in my boot buying process. Lots of options and we eventually found the right ones for my feet. I would definitely recommend Snowride.
Great shop. I just popped in to see if they had a spare ear muff for my ski helmet, I'm about to head off to Canada ....extraordinary,...they pulled a spare pair out of the bottom draw. This is not my first experience of great service from Richard and the team. This is way retail should be. Highly recommended.
Awesome as always. Just bought some new Hawgs 70mm wheels this afternoon. Even came with free stickers. As always the Boss was friendly and Will was most helpful. Save your time and energy, why wait to have something delivered, when you can buy instore and get busy skating.

Awesome little shop with super knowledgeable staff. Took in a pair of boots had purchased second hand that weren't quite right. Although the shop was really busy Tom was more than happy to help and work on getting boots fit for purpose. Thanks team
Did full tune here, great technique. But customer service is horrible. No greeting at all. Especially for that girl, if you don’t want to work and deal with customers. Quit! When I collected my board, no communication just dropped my board on the floor. And let us to pay. At least let customer check their board alright?
