After 4 months training, It culminated in being able to defend against 3 attackers at level 1 grading. I was thrilled to pass my first grading along with my son. Looking forward to the next level. It's a great skill to have, no matter the age and it definately builds confidence. The classes are for all abilities and handled in welcoming and non intimidating environment.
Been going for nearly 2 years now. Enjoying all the realistic scenarios and practical defensive responses. Location is good, and the crowd is even better. Highly recommend this class to everyone.
Have been training in this krav maga club for 6 years now! Very useful and practical, realistic and highly applicable form of martial arts and self-defense system. The teaching curriculum is also very structured, organized and logical. The good fitness training that comes along is an excellent bonus. The gym, staffs and classes have a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

This is an amazing Krav school - and linked in with the world wide KMG school, so you can do it anywhere. Fantastic instructors and group of people. Really valuable self-defence skills that are relatively easy to pick up as well. Highly recommend.
Krav is a place where you learn techniques used by the Israeli Defence Forces. It's not like other "Martial Arts" which has rules that are followed for competitions while in Krav you learn how to fight in real world situations where rules don't matter, including the use of rubber guns and knives. The instructors are very helpful and watchful during the classes and even if something is missed, the team around are more than happy to help you. I would recommend giving it a shot with the trial class and see how it goes from there.

I've been attending Krav Maga Global classes at the North Shore gym for over a year now with my teenage daughter. The classes are very well run and friendly. The training is top-notch, practical and loads of fun. I highly recommend the classes for anyone wanting to learn self-defence that will give them the best chance to keep themselves, and their family safe, should they ever find themselves in a situation where they're being threatened, including with a gun, knife or other weapon.
