“What an excellent experience with Elite Fitness Tauranga and Elite Fitness St Johns Auckland. Noah (Tauranga) was very helpful with providing me a quotation initially for the Tour de France C14 Spin Bike. A few weeks later (on Sunday 13 April 2025), I had visited the store. The rep saw me, and all I said was "the C14, please." He did not waste time. We checked out the spin bike (I had researched the spin bike already prior to going into the store). That 14" screen on the spin bike is the real reason why I wanted to purchase the bike! I didn't catch the name of the sales rep at the store. Please, if someone could pass on my compliments to him, I would appreciate that. He was outstanding. Lastly, once my purchase had gone through, the store rep then emailed Luka (Tauranga) to process and email me my receipt. And the best news, my new Spin Bike is being delivered to me today (Tuesday 15 April 2025) by Mainfreight (just received a call from the driver). And today is my birthday. Nice birthday treat.
