   We had our Solar system extended and upgraded at the end of July. So far, we have been off grid for over 3 weeks since leaving Vantage RV's yard! (Plus 1 night in a park on power, which wasn't actually necessary.) We're very impressed with our very efficient Solar system courtesy of Vantage RV's team. It brings a smile to our faces most mornings when it recovers to 100% within a few hours. The lowest its registered on our control panel was 87% at 12.5? volts, and we've only turned the fridge off once! Thank you for a great system at a reasonable price! Your companies upgrade made more sense than your more expensive competition. Our system will pay for itself within 2 months off grid. Thank you for your companies and personnels professionalism and excellent installation. Also, letting us stay in our van overnight in your yard while the adhesive and leveling cured. See you again when we need something RV related!

   As part of a solar panel and controller installation (with poor quality work on the cosmetics and scew mounted controller displays) , the job was not completed according to specifications. No battery protection as the loads were not wired to the controllers, but straight to the battery instead. When asked about it, I was told that it was not quoted for. I mean, it is a matter of 2 wires. So much for customer service. Wonder what will happen in case of an overload and the battery starts to overheat... Upon getting to other things I still wanted to do in the caravan, I also noticed that the frame that was supposed to be built and installed around the fridge is only an arch with the bottom part of the frame missing, leaving a huge ugly gap! When I phoned to make an appointment I was asked for all the details on what exactly I need their service for, but upon arrival they did not know why I was there and had to explain again. Now the short circuit excuse compared to "we didn't quote to do a proper installation" when I collected the caravan. And they expect me to call them to see if they can help me. I need the caravan for my planned December holiday. This company clearly likes to make money through sales only because the technical services are very poor.

   This is the second time I have engaged Vantage RV #1 was to rebuild the M Home rear bodywork after I backed into a post. #2 was to fix the heater ducting, drawer unit & install an inverter. Each time they have been awesome to work with, quick on responsiveness & communication & overall was happy with their work. I'd definitely recommend them

   I purchased equipment for my van conversion from Vantage and found their prices to be extremely competitive, and their technical knowledge to be top-notch. They also performed the Self-Containment inspection for me. As they do top work, they are quite busy, so best to plan in advance when you want to schedule something, or simply order parts online. Huge thanks to Harry for his expert advice and willingness to entertain all of my questions, and to Antoinette for handling the parts orders and coordination for my inspection!
