Great experience I had with Sarab at Southend motors island bay. Came in for a service and to get an error scanned and checked and that was done transparently and well. Thanks again will be back for future car repairs etc.
I had my annual reminder from Southend Motors that my WOF was coming up due in the next month (such a handy reminder text message). I was due to book in for my WOF last week when my car wouldn't start after work. The AA got it started and said it was the battery. Dropped my car to Southend Motors and Sarab Jeet had my car completed WOF checked and serviced and ready in a day. So great. They went through all the details of what they had done, new battery (even attached the failed battery test document), adjusted headlights, cleaned brakes, replaced windscreen wipers. Man the difference was so noticeable! My little Mazda Demio drove out of there like a new car. Excellent helpfulness and service at a good price. Thank you, Sarab. Took my car in recently to have the brakes repaired as I was having an issue with them that originated from work done by a dealership service centre. The team at Southend Motors did an excellent job repairing the brakes within a day. No further problems with them. I feel happy and confident with the car again.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Took car in for a service. Harminder kept parts to show me the condition it was in and explained why it had to be replaced. They only replace what is needed to be replaced. Reliable and easy to communicate with. Definitely the best mechanics I have come across in Wellington.
