I took my vehicle in on the 21/9. I got told they would get it done for the Friday 23/9. I didn't hear anything from them so I assumed they were still working on it. This didn't bother me as this can be expected. However, I was very patient and waited until the 28/9 in which I still hadn't been contacted, so I decided to give them a call. I was told that the person who was assigned to work on my bike was dealing with another customer and that he would give me a call back. This did not happen. On the 5/10 I decided that i will have to catch the bus to the garage to get some information. When I politely asked if my vehicle was ready I was told that the guy working on it wasn't even in the country!!! The person on reception worded this as if this was completely normal and acceptable. No apologies what so ever. She asked another auto electrician if he knew anything about my vehicles status to which he just shrugged. I was told that he would be back on Friday the 7/10 and that he would call me. No phone call was never received. The following Monday 10/10 I again catch the bus to the garage. The guy who had been assigned to work on my vehicle casually just tells me that he started looking at it on the the Friday 7/10 that it's fine and only needs new battery. I left with my very dusty vehicle after spending hundreds of dollars catching the bay hopper bus. So disappointing in this service. I highly recommend you don't take your vehicle here. This review is exactly what happend thus the 1 star.
Friendly helpful service. They'd rather fix a faulty part than order a new one. Saves time and money!
