“Delish, fresh meals in a bowl. So super yummy one of my fav places to go”
“Went back for a second visit and we were blown away again. Absolutely loved the food, the service and this time it was busy. Don't walk past, go in! Photos are from 1st and second visits.”
“Our 2nd time enjoying their amazing food and this time we chose to dine in. The kitchen was a hive of activity as many came to collect their orders as well as a lot of uber eats. We pretty much had the restaurant to ourselves which was bliss. We were able to enjoy their amazing dishes as though we had booked the place just for us (couldve been everyone was glued to the Wahs game) as I have definately seen it a lot busier usually. Faultless service and beautiful decor. Perfect atomsphere for a rare date night. The food was incredible as always, super fresh, perfect amount of spice and large portions meant we were able to take the leftovers home to enjoy further. Super accomdating of a severe food allergy. As much as we would love to keep this place secret just for us, they definately earnt a 5 star review! Meals we had; Satay chicken sticks, Curry puffs(best ive had) Spring rolls Tempura chicken cashew stir fry Yum Thai salad with beef All in all a wonderful local business providing everything you hope for when you venture out for a lovely meal. 10/10 will be returning for more!”
“This spicy seafood noodle soup is great to have a rainy day. Not too spicy, no artificial taste and fresh ingredients. Love to try other menu.”
The kitchen at Arbie Restaurant takes a simple, bistro‑style path and lets the food speak. Value feels fair for the quality. Portions are generous yet well judged. The team keeps things friendly and organised.
“I had a beaut Nasi Goreng, recommended.”
“We had a delicious meal here. We started with a larb gai salad for entre, which was refreshing and spicy. Mussaman beef was just wonderful, and the pineapple fried rice just made it. We will be back next time we are in Auckland.”
“Outstanding customer service from the owners when we dined at their restaurant a few months ago. Delightful food, cozy and romantic private function room ambience, and reasonable pricing esp their five-course meal. Highly recommended when you visit Greytown.”
“The food is exceptional. And the people are lovely.”
“It is our favourite restaurant but we have always ordered via Uber Eats. We are due to visit them in person, but their food is phenomenal! When they had to close for a bit we were so sad!”

“Visited four seasons today with my friends and the food was amazing. It is a must try. The customer service is great. Will come again.”
“The Hunting Lodge is such a beautiful wedding venue. As a wedding photographer, I always love shooting here. The grounds are stunning year-round, and the sunsets over the vineyards are next level. There are several ceremony options, including right at the edge of the vines or beside the iconic Barn. I also love the vintage caravan bar, it adds such a fun, relaxed energy and looks amazing in photos! With their in-house wine, relaxed vibe, and versatile indoor-outdoor flow, The Hunting Lodge is one of the best winery venues in Auckland :)”
“I recently hosted a function in the restaurant and was very impressed with the service as well as the quality. Nothing was too much to ask. The food was simply delicious! Thank you Jessica and Vincent for your hospitality.”
“Good service, lunch specials are of good values. Nice ambience and good seating spaces. Plenty on street parking. Popular with locals.”
“Fantastic restaurant you must try if you want to enjoy some authentic Northern Chinese cuisine. The staff are super friendly and the tastes are amazing. Highly recommended if you are in Auckland.”
“This place is so homely. The soup is our favourite. We’ve had 5 different soups at 5 different occasions and they have not failed. Good for groups and date night (not really a romantic place but we love the food)”
“Called in here for for S2 Spring Roll & Shredded Pork Noodle Salad $20, Tuesday 25 August 2025. Been here before, it's very good, but wish they used veitmanes mint.”
“Seafood pancake, kimchi jiggae, spicy beef soup, bbq chicken, actually everything was really good. Pity I forgot to buy a jar of their home made kimchi when I left. I also saw a lot of people order fried chicken.”
“Chef is skillful and nice. Staff and manager are great and have such a service mind. Both sushi and sashimi are fresh and tasty. For someone who wanna try sweet sake, I would recommend a second one from the top (sorry I forgot its name) It was strong but well balanced, pairing with fish is the best. Also homemade dessert is wonderful”
“Very good place to eat. Food prices for mains around $30 with rice extra. 4 of us all had something different and we all enjoyed the food. Our young waitress was lovely. 2nd visit and will return.”
“100% recordable, I went for meat and vegetables, when tasting the dish, the meat was perfectly crispy and cooked. And let's not forget Argentinian fernet, a marvel.”
“We were looking for a Thai close to where we are, and we found this place. The food was very nice, authentic, flavourful, and fresh. They have a comprehensive selection of traditional Thai food. The atmosphere was good and the service friendly.”
“First waiter was a little clueless, but food was delicious and Caitlin Smith worth the wait.”
“Excellent restaurant and friendly staff. I don't bother leaving reviews but their chicken dish, Pollo Capri is out of this world. A flavour explosion. I am very impressed!”
“The service was great, a little bit hard to understand the specials, but our waitress was pleasant and gave me some recommendations. The food was delicious and a good portion, price was average to good. I would definitely go back to try more from the menu.”
“BEST PAD THAI IN THE CITY! Joy Bong had recently moved to a more intimate location and some how the food is even better! Not only is it the best husband and wife combo in the city who have owned and operated this legendary business for 10+ years they will always make you feel like family. Service 10/10 and food is the best Thai you will find in Auckland, and trust me I eat out a lot. Jess, Kakapo Business Sales”
“Very well presented Thai food, always delicious.”
“My spicy seafood noodles was very tasty with large juicy prawns, squid & scallops. Priced a bit higher than street food/takeaway joints, it’s to be enjoyed seated dining inside the cosy traditional thai decor… Reminds me of how Thai restaurants used to feel… nowadays trendy canteen vibe is more common! Service is always casual & warm family style.”
“A favourite restaurant we like to return to. Lovely service and delicious food. The steak melted in the mouth, highly recommend. Wagyu tataki is a must. They also had yummy Halloween themed cocktails.”
