“MicroMed spray has been an ideal preventative intervention for my German Shepherd. As soon as I see him biting or licking a spot, I use the spray. 9/10 it will clear up before I have to do anything else. It is also good for when there is a hotspot, to help him pay less attention to it alongside shaving/cropping the fur so it can heal.”

“Took a friend here yesterday with Kayla the pup. Prior to going had emailed for information on immunisations. Prompt friendly response from staff. Phoned to book and staff friendly and happy to help. Great staff and very reasonably priced. Visit calm and friendly wait, vet gentle with pup, picked up heart murmur explained it well. Good checkup, information on behaviour management. Suggested puppy schools and trainer. When to worm etc. Loved the backpack/front pack idea for walking around Mitre10 and getting her used to all sorts of people and noises. Great reminders about not putting pup on the ground where unvaccinated dogs Iggy have been, due to high rates of parvovirus in Chch at moment. I’m going back here to get our girl backup to date health wise. Thankyou”

Recently, my elderly cat's health failed. The staff were super efficient, highly professional, and kind and caring as my cat had reached the point where his life was ending. We have to purchase our cat's food from a vet and this clinic has been the only one who can keep on top of their stock and not make it a huge deal for us to need to purchase it from them! They are also helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate when our pet needs them. They also have amazing and accessible opening hours. It's so nice to be able to deal with a company who understand many people work 9-5 and simply can't make it during work hours. I highly recommend them!”
