   Exceptional service! My puppy needed a cone after a surgery and Emma from Pet Kiwi went above and beyond to not only help choose the most appropriate size, but also very patiently helped my dog feel comfortable with the cone before putting it on. Plus they've got a huge range of things in their store - highly recommend!

   Awesome pet shop with so much choice. Great selection for larger dogs too. I've found it hard finding thick collars for a extra large breed dog but pet kiwi had lots to choose from with reasonable prices. Also good choice of Julius K9 harnesses which are great for our British Bulldog. I had to get out of there before I bought too much! Highly reccomend Pet Kiwi.

   Good range of products. Very average service. I'd have thought there would be really friendly, helpful people working here as they're regularly seeing owners and fur babies come into the shop but each time, you are only acknowledged when you finally reach the desk by young females who are often just chatting amongst themselves or playing on their phones. Seems gone are the days where people are friendly, welcoming and offer help where they can.

   Love Pet kiwi! They have a great selection of toys that most pet stores don’t stock, they also have super fast shipping! I’ve ordered replacement engraved dog tags for my dog, twice! and they are dispatched within hours! Pet kiwi also provides support to a bunch of great rescues too! Returning customer and always happy :)
