This was our first time bringing our Spoodle after a poor experience elsewhere - we were both very nervous but we had an amazing experience despite my dog being unwell. The staff were so friendly and made me at ease and provided excellent care for my dog and advice. Appointments were easy to book, we were seen very quickly and I couldn’t recommend more! Especially liked how much care was taken with the injections as my dog was very anxious but I was able to hold her and keep her calm. Thank you so much!!
We have taken both our cat and dog here in the past fortnight for there yearly jab. Friendly staff , good amount of treats we found the two visits went smoothly . Nice and handy to our main park at Waiatarua Reserve for walks afterwards. Good caring people that know how to win your pets confidence and trust . Give them ago if your pets aren’t getting the care they deserve. Highly recommend Abbots Way Vets.
Been coming here for the last year and wanted to say a big thanks for the team of taking great care of my cats. Particularly Marco who has become very popular coming here and for the extended care he has needed. He is making a good recovery from his last visit thanks to Rosie and hope he will learn his lesson to avoid getting into cat scraps.
Super vet clinic! I got a last minute appointment with no fuss, and great advice from the vet on a skin issue my little terrier has had for sometime. Really great approach with animals & came up with a treatment plan that went beyond just treating the symptoms. Highly recommend them.
Have been a client of Abbottsway for 30 years - we are on to our 3rd Springer and still have 12.5 Cavoodle. The Vets are amazing and have loved and looked after our fur babies through every medical and accidental situation. Couldn’t wish for more.
Thorough and super friendly service. Abbotts Way Vets were able to get us an urgent appointment for our old cat. They were so gentle with her as well as taking time to thoroughly discuss options with me.
In my time of distress (my dog broke his leg on a Sunday when vets were closed), the lovely receptionist at Abbotts Way was the first bright spark Monday morning I spoke to. While they cared for my pup over the day with X-rays and we made a plan for surgery, they kept me well informed and both listened and understood my concerns. Their staff were confident of my dog’s prognosis which eased my emotionally exhausted state.
Great team, from the welcoming reception staff to the vet nurses and vets. Our dog had major surgery and the whole experience was 5 stars.
