   Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The DIY pet wash is super popular and you can end up waiting. My advice would be to go during the week if you can. If its not busy, you can get an extra token if you have the unlimited wash for $99.

   I brought a Fluval fish tank from this store over the weekend, and I dealt with SAM, who is a fantastically polite and educated employee. He was quite animated and went into great detail about the fish and the tanks. Overall, every staff member seemed to sincerely care.Highly recommended SAM and the store .A++++
