   Keith is truly animal centred and works from the heart. Animal first and the finance second. His professional care over the last 20 years has been second to none. I have at times had no choice in emergency situations but to see other local vets and find them to be a business, generating money, more than animal welfare. For example after a broken nail visit to fix at a local vet, she was trying to insist on xrays for a 16 year old dog , when Keith had advised at check up 2 months earlier, she had a lot going on around her heart but since eating and playing very happily, just to know her time left was borrowed time. The other vets clinic tried to make me feel like an irresponsible owner for not subjecting her to unnecessary and dangerous tests that could kill her! I had to be very assertive! Angel passed peacefully a few months later after playing happily and pain free ✨️ We have had many pets cared for to the highest level from Keith. Always well informed of options and treated like family. I would not recommend anyone else for dogs and cats care. Keith is the man to see.

   The most compassionate and friendliest vets around! We have used these vets since I was a child with family pets, and now I continue to use them with my own pets in my adulthood. The vet nurses are always lovely, knowledgeable and accommodating. Keith will 100% always provide the best care for your fur baby and go above and beyond. Could not recommend these guys more!

   You won't find a better vet service in Tauranga. Keith and his team are amazing! They are always very friendly, caring and passionate about their work and the animals they care for. My dog has been so well looked after for her eleven years, but sadly, had to be euthanised a couple of weeks ago. The care and compassion was wonderful....thank you so much!
