“I have nothing but praise for the team at the Furniture Shop. I wanted to order something which was custom made, which housed a small bar fridge and a locked drawer. Giving the measurements of the fridge, they took this away, came back with a sketch, had it made, delivered and it is beyond perfect. It’s a small thing but means a lot that they took the time to pay attention to detail. Thanks so much and I’ll be back!”

“This furniture shop has a great range of quality furniture for every room in one's home plus some for outdoors. They can be somewhat expensive but their quality I believe does match these prices. The timber used is top class mostly imported but local as well especially Rimu. The mechanisms on all their furniture is also great quality and generally has very good warranties plus they do have good back up service for any repair requirements when the items get older.”

“Store might not look as flash as something like Freedom or Harvey Norman, but the furniture is just as nice and the prices are better. Plus free delivery!!! Can’t beat that. Very nice owner (I assume owner) very friendly even when we came in as he was just closing up shop for the night. We got a beautiful NZ made bookshelf for $299, which is half the price in other stores. I would recommend this shop to anyone :)”

“We purchased a lounge suite 4 years ago from Furniture Now in Hamilton and have been very happy with it. Recently we had two of the plastic handles that operate the extending footrests on the couch break. We rang Furniture Now without expecting much help due to the timeframe of our purchase however we were thrilled with the response. One part they had in stock and the other they sourced for us. They were extremely helpful in making sure we were getting the correct parts and in no time we had the parts and all working well again. Excellent customer service, well exceeded our expectations.
