   Interesting to read some of the comments here, as I’ve had a very similar experience. I bought a concrete table which has now developed a large crack. I followed the owner’s instructions and sent through multiple photos and videos, but he has since stopped responding entirely. It looks like I’ll have to go through my insurance. I’ve purchased many items from here in the past and recommended the store to several friends, but I won’t be shopping here again. There seems to be no understanding of customer service - or legal obligations, for that matter.

   Purchased a manor table and matching concrete stools. As well as an umbrella. Fancy shop and website, but poor quality stuff and lack of after sales support from the store. Stools arrived with chips in corners and later developed cracks, no response to emails asking store to make it right. Umbrella had been advertised as 'Sunbrella' fabric - this was simply not true! Store did respond to emails on that and to be fair have corrected their website. But I'd avoid this place - overpriced stuff they probably source from the same manufacture as TradeTested, with none of the support you'd expect from high end retail.

   I very rarely complain but people need to be aware of the poor experience I had with Cuchi. My couches turned up with marks on them and I was made to feel like it was my fault. I was forced into making a $1400 insurance claim for one cushion cover, and then had to wait four months for it to arrive. I needed to use my credit note and when I enquired about a sideboard, Jeremy told me the price had gone up by $400, he just hadn't updated the website yet. Very arrogant, if anything goes wrong post the sale, you're in for a battle. Be warned!

   Purchased a table in July. Was told it would arrive in November. Then December. Then "confirmed" January. Then a "hard date for February". Now maybe March. I understand the supply issues the world has but it is the fact every time it is us having to contact them and having the same conversation. If they know a date has changed then they should contact the customer.... Not wait until a "hard date for delivery" upon which we need to find out what is going on and be disappointed again when we have to call them. Literally the worst service I have ever had from any company and that is not hyperbole. Zero stars. Don't purchase anything from cuchi unless you want your time wasted, patience tested and your expectations not met.
