Extremely friendly staff that were a pleasure to talk to. Good cheap furniture that is pretty easy to put together happy with my two desks and book shelves, would definitely recommend
2 Years ago i purchased an office chair from here and have enjoyed it thoroughly since then, recently it developed an issue with the tilt lock mechanism, i emailed them through some photos and a description, they told me to bring it in and they’d sort it out, and sort it out they did. Within a day and a half i received a call saying it was fixed. A+ customer service, i will be recommending you guys!
Great little store, bought a pet enclosure at a great price and it's very good quality.
9 months ago I purchased a desk, which turned out to be flimsy, not even functional and is falling apart. The instructions did not make sense, as there were parts which were not included in the set up. The desk won’t stay together with the screws that were provided. Overall the desk is wobbly, and falls apart constantly with the top surface being on an angle. I’ve had to seek a replacement after being annoyed for months and months. Even though the desk was cheap, I do expect it to be able to at least hold together without the draws falling apart with general use. Unfortunately these draws can’t hold much due to the cheapness. Do not buy from this store. Unhappy experience
I got one of the Harden garage storage shelves and garage workbench with draw. I'm happy with the quality of the products for the price. The board for the shelving is thin, bit the shelves have support underneath and I have no issues so far with them decently loaded. Assembly was straight forward. A rubber mallet is recommended for knocking the pieces together fully. The store has a range of products that look quite attractive. They're clearly cheap and cheerful, but with what I've experienced do the job.
We ordered 3m x 3m size gazebo last month. We're very happy with the quality and customer service. Highly recommended.
Brought a shed. Roof panels cut short, pre drilled holes didn’t line or not there. Doors smaller than door frame leaving 2-3cm gap. Emailed Store and their go to was, the fault is with the assembly. I disagree with this and won’t buy their product again nor do I recommend it either. Stuck with a ugly shed in the garden.
We purchased a shed in November 2021, first off the doors didn't meet when closed, so we had to go and buy extra pieces of steel to join them in the middle, then it rained and the floor flooded continuously, we sealed all the bottom of the shed inside and out, it continued to flood, we ended up having to replace the floor,and elevate it, we had to drill holes on either side of the shed in the bottom of it so the water could drain away, we also drilled holes in the lower floor so if water did get in it didn't come onto the elevated flooring, we also had to put rubber seals around the door because water gets in through the hinges, we sealed all the screws in the roof of the shed and also used leak stop spray, we paid $999 for the shed plus extra flooring and tubes and tubes of sealer and rubber seals, extra steel easily another $500 plus. I would not recommend buying their sheds they are poorly constructed and completely useless if your looking for a shed that is usable. I contacted the company but they don't want to know, instead offering a you tube tutorial, or a shed assembler contact that would cost who knows what. considering I had two builders construct the shed, pretty much sums up the effectiveness of their sheds.
Love my chicken coop, so do my neighbours because it looks so good. Took me a bit longer to put it together than you stated, but then I did it by myself and I am a 76 year old woman. It is exactly what I wanted and the fast delivery exceeded my expectations. Thanks
