Service was good but there couches don't last long. I'm 50kgs so pretty small lady, and from me it got massive indents and had to be thrown out 6mths later. Very disappointed

We purchased a lounge suite 4 years ago from Furniture Now in Hamilton and have been very happy with it. Recently we had two of the plastic handles that operate the extending footrests on the couch break. We rang Furniture Now without expecting much help due to the timeframe of our purchase however we were thrilled with the response. One part they had in stock and the other they sourced for us. They were extremely helpful in making sure we were getting the correct parts and in no time we had the parts and all working well again. Excellent customer service, well exceeded our expectations. Thanks- our lounge suite is as good as new again.
Bought Liverpool Lounge, display cabinet and Coffee table from Furniture now. Everybody loves the configuration, very happy with the furniture. Thanks AB for recommending the setting. We will be back for a bedroom furniture soon.
Hamilton has a few stores that offer nice looking 'affordable' furniture and this company had the better Easter sales. Bought a few items with them and they gave us an extra discount and a discount on delivery. Definitely worth a look as they do have a good amount of stock on display. The items we bought aren't up there with what you'd get with Harvey Norman, but they won't wont fall apart in the next 5 years etc.
