    My husband and I drove over 2 hours to head in store to purchase a new lounge suite, with many of traffic hurdles along the way we are so grateful Danny the store manager was working with only 10minutes til closing, he willing aloud us to try furniture in store after closing time, he happily swapped seating numbers to what we wanted to meet our needs and freight. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience at big save furniture yesterday. Thank you again Danny!!

    Wish I could give a Zero Star ! Made a worst decision going to Big Save branch in Hamilton, Manager on duty, not sure his name was so arrogant and rude. I would have bought the couch which I really liked but Becasue his behaviour - he totally spoiled it. But the other staff was very nice and professional and went extra miles to make a deal. But Becasue the rudeness of their manager they lost a deal. Not just a deal but lost a Customer. Still want to buy but really don’t want to go back there and see him. I don’t know how he trained his staff if he himself don’t know anything about the customer service. I really don’t like to give any reviews, but today I felt very disrespectful.

    We bought a lounge suite that we were not happy with. We contacted the team about it and without hesitation Danny offered us a great solution. We have exchanged our lounge to another and swapped the 2 seater to two single recliners instead at no extra cost to us. We live an hour and away from Hamilton and our lounge suites will be swapped over at no cost to us. We are so very happy with the exceptional service and great deals, thank you Danny

    Bought a dining table and chairs when the deal had finished but has it still had the sale price on the staff member spoke with his manager who agreed to sell it at sale price has it was their responsibility to adjust the price this doesn't happen to often so thanks to all for this
